Sandra's career in the regulatory & scientific affairs industry began at Pillsbury and General Mills, Inc. After moving to Chicago, she worked for The Wm. Wrigley Jr Company and Mars Inc., where she spent over a decade in various scientific and regulatory roles. She moved to Houston and spent three years at Selerant where she worked with a variety of food and beverage customers on their regulatory, compliance, labeling, and data projects. Throughout her career, Sandra has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of managing regulatory and governmental affairs, global compliance, raw material and data management.

Sandy has over thirty-two years of experience in the food industry. After graduating with a B.S. in Food Science from the University of Tennessee, she began working as a microbiologist at Mayfield Dairy Farm, a division of Dean Foods. She then moved into management in the baking industry as a Food Safety/QA/R&D/Sanitation Manager first at Custom Baking Services, a Nabisco co-packer, and later at Keebler/Kellogg’s/Flowers Foods. Her most recent position was Senior Food Scientist in product development at McKee Foods. Her experience includes Product Lifecycle Management, project management, training, change management, food safety, product development, quality assurance, labeling and sensory evaluation. Sandy is a Certified Food Scientist and served on the Food Science Department Advisory Council at the University of Tennessee. She is a member of IFT, the IFT Volunteer section, the IFT Southeastern section, and the International Association of Food Protection. Her passion is bringing together people and solutions.

Eva is a Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Cibus Solutions with a degree in biochemistry from UIC. At Cibus Solutions, she has taken on many versatile global regulatory projects from various industries. Eva has worked on several large scale data migration and cleansing projects. Her product labeling knowledge is broad across several food and beverage categories. In addition, she has experience with different PLM systems and is Allergen certified. Eva is a member of IFT.
